I had an amazing stay filled with delicious meals that kept me full and some very cozy evenings in the lovely lounge area. The breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but everything else was truly top-notch and made me feel like royalty during my time here. I’d suggest bringing some snacks in case the breakfast doesn't hit the mark, but overall, I’d absolutely come back again! 😊

The hotel lacks bedside power sockets for devices!!! Heating and air conditioning systems could use better maintenance to avoid fluctuations!!! Directions within the hotel are confusing, making navigation a hassle!!!

Conveniently located near shops and cafes with easy access to Durham University. Decent-sized indoor pool and a gym with enough equipment for a quick workout.

Room noise can be an issue, particularly from the water pump above, which disrupted sleep during my stay. The TV setup requires some awkward viewing angles, and the shower head could use a thorough cleaning due to noticeable mould. On rainy days, the dripping gutter outside my window created an annoying sound that didn't help with the ambiance. It's also worth noting that the pillows were on the soft side, which might not be ideal for everyone.
